I've got several emails in the past from this forum with spammers trying to sell stuff by putting a message with a "nice" url for subject.
That's normal.
What is not normal is that the email warning about a new topic takes the subject of the new message (which is, as i said, an url) and transforms it into a clickable link. Could it be left as just text? Thank you.

Re: On Spam
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, bdragon!
All notifications are sent as plain text (Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8). Unfortunately, most mail clients and webmail services automatically create a hyperlink from URLs and email addresses. As far as I know, there's no word censoring for topic titles in phpBBbdragon wrote:What is not normal is that the email warning about a new topic takes the subject of the new message (which is, as i said, an url) and transforms it into a clickable link.
