Up front: I know it has nothing to do with XnView - I am sorry.

However, I noticed that many users here are using Imageshack.
A word of caution...

Recently Imageshack changed to a paid subscription.
I paid for 1 year ahead.
Imageshack nonetheless is still charged me on quarterly basis on top.

Over the last 3-4 weeks I have been mailing them over and over and over.
No reply, totally nothing.
Cancelled my subscription: no reply.
Also informed them that my bank suggested to start a fraud procedure (as this may be the only way to cancel a subscription) - no reply.
For info : I am using the correct e-mail addresses.

Oh and on the https://getsatisfaction.com/imageshack forum the claim "Imageshack employees are here to help."
Questions from users there remain unreplied.

The site/webdesign may be okay, I was happy with it: it is much faster than Photobucket.
But as for the service...

I consider this information relevant, because there's an ImageShack add-on for XnView.

As of Nov 7th you will have to log in or sign up to upload images.

Finally matter was solved, because . . .
I stumbled over a forumpost in SkycraperCity forum where "magnito" introduced himself as CEO.
