On the Setting tab the button Load format settings... provides a means of setting various file format options.

But in XnConvert, output format settings are set on the Output tab, so all the format options available on the Settings tab relate to file read options when a file is opened.

Suggestion: Rename the above Settings tab button Read format settings... or something similar.

A small point, but seems clearer, and the distinction could be relevant to possible future development of XnConvert to enhance its capabilities.
