Output image is slightly cropped [Solved]

Post by Waikiki »

Hello there,

Can I ask you for some help with converting PDF files to JPG files with XnConvert Free version ?

Is there an option to avoid cropped pixels on each side of the document ?

I have attachment for clarity.

Thanks in advance.

On the Settings tab Load format settings... what DPI do you have set?

Could you upload an example PDF that can be used to reproduce the issue?

I have tried with 300 and with 600 dpi, in both cases it doesn't work correctly.
I'm not sure what is the original DPI value of the PDF files, but surely will try with 150 or 75.

Unfortunetely, the files are confidential information and it's not correct to upload them.
Will test with some random PDF files to investigate more about the issue.

EDITED:
It doesn't depend on the DPI, it cropped the borders with approximately 10-20px.

Do you have any actions set on the Actions tab?

If so, could you please state the actions set, if possible reduced to the minimum actions required to reproduce the issue, and upload any PDF file that can be used to reproduce the issue...

If you have actions selected, a good test would be to first see if the issue arises with no actions selected...

No, I don't have any actions.

I realised that I have problem with the pdf files probably, because I have created one simple pdf file with red circle in Photoshop and converting process was successful.

JPEG and PDF files were exactly the same.
