ICO output options - Smaller file sizes.

Hello,
My first time here, so forgive me if this has already been asked.

I am batch converting 256x256 PNG files to ICO files.
The PNG files are roughly 10K in size. When I convert them to ICO files, they become roughly 240K in size.
I have seen options in other converters that allow the user access to settings for ICO file formats.
The setting is either: "Standard ICO", which I assume is uncompressed, or "PNG (Vista)" which I am assuming is compressed.
When using the "PNG (Vista)" setting the resulting ICO output files are in the 10k size range.

Is it possible to add this feature to your wonderful converter?
