Conversion of Fuji RAF raw files

Conversion of Fuji RAF raw files
I've used XnConvert to convert RAF raw files from a Fuji X10. The output looks pretty good but the images are downsized from 4000 x 3000 (12 megapix) to 2048 x 1536 (~ 3 megapix). Is it me or the conversion?

You can change in Settings/Load format settings> Camera RAW
