There is a small bug concerning 'show pan tool' and animated GIF/APNG.
1.) download & extract v0.39
2.) Create an 'xnview.ini' in the same extracted program folder
3.) Place an animated GIF and any JPG file in this same program folder
4.) Now open the JPG of this folder into XnView MP 0.39
5.) Now open/drag&drop the animated GIF to the same XnView MP viewer interface
6.) Now zoom into the picture of the same opened animated GIF and notice how the 'Pan tool' preview is displaying previous JPG image
7.) So 'Pan tool' display needs to be properly disabled in this bug reproduce, just how it normally is in normal instances of opening animated GIF.

-Tested on Windows 7 x64 home premium (XnView MP 0.39 -x64). Same bug on 32bit version too.
