v0.12 Win32: Import clipboard resizes XnView window

Post by JohnFredC »

1. Go to the browser tab.

2. Zoom XnView MP to full screen.

3. Place an image on the clipboard.

4. Edit=>Import clipboard

5. XnView window resizes to imported image size.

Yes, it shrinks to fit the imported image, as if the Zoom mode was set to "Fit window to image", even though it isn't.

Yes. After more testing here is what happens on my system:

XnView always Restores the XnView main window after importing the clipboard!

It's not a "resize"... it's a "Restore". Sorry for the misleading info in the previous post.

To reproduce:

1. Restore XnView MP
2. Size the MP window to a size smaller than the screen
3. Maximize XnView
4. Go to the browser (Note: import clipboard doesn't work in view mode yet!)
5. Import Clipboard

The XnView window "Restores" to the size set in step 2.

I have tried pasting images smaller than the screen and images larger than the screen and in all cases XnView behaves this way.
