I had the same problem, then I removed 1.5.0, installed .1 from the link you offered, the installed version showed 1.5.2... but the icon bar was still corrupted. Unfortunately I deleted the 1.4.5 instalation file yesterday, so I'll wait for your solution.

I installed 1.5.2 again, this time with the zip installator, and the icon bar looks and is very healthy, and working fine.
