B3 - Video creating - path suggestion

If there is no path and file name, the video file is created in the XnView install folder, even if the filename is written in the filename field. I think the path and name of the original file should be used if the filename field is empty.

Edit: I see now, that if 'Play sound' option is enabled, this path is used for video, this is not goot too, IMHO.

Changed in beta 4, but when creating EXE, still the path of sound file is used.

When creating .sld slideshow, the last path is used, but since we're using current image file path for Create video, I think the current image file path should be used also for .sld siledeshow.
