[1.96 ß-2] Splitters locked and garbage…

• As the title says… In the browser, I can't move any splitter, all are locked. The Adjust cursors appear,
but far to the strips and they do nothing.
- Blowing up a screen shot, one can see an odd thingy between the arrow-buttons :
• It seems that's a tiny current image !
Above this image : The board of thumb nails, below is the Preview etc. … area.
- Tested with layouts #4 and #1, same issue…

LockLayout was 1 with beta 1

How do you have that? I've tried and no problem...

I guess it occurs when you have both
LockLayout=1 and
Vertical thingy…
- It's really tiny - just compare with the strips arrow-buttons…
- I fixed this by changing my INI (from a *.BAT to change the skin).
- Without the
two above mentioned options, it isn't shown.
- In other words : It's a minimal % zoomed out
preview which is locked.
