XnView 1.96 beta 1 won't even read my INI file which is in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\XnView even after I change it in Options to "User"

on vista 64:
1.Viewer crashes on thisimage (browser is not crashing).
edit: I suspect crashes only occurred on this image because it was the first in the folder (maybe the caching system trying to cache a non existing previous image). anyway it's not crashing anymore.
2.in Viewer: high res jpg (>4MB) images are displayed cutted (large bottom chunk is missing) when going next/prev too quickly. height of the missing chunk is relative to the speed you're navigating. Where is the new caching we are longing for ? (did you decide not to cache images exceeding a certain weight ?)
3. I though mezich skin was default. still skinned with "old toolbar" on fresh install. Replacing it with the "default" one one requires a restart to get the other toolbars to use the proper skin.

I'm sorry for going off at you.

Any chance you could remove "Use XnView Shell Extension" from Options? It causes problems for users like me who have both the 32-bit version and 64-bit versions in different folders installed.
Most users should disable\enable the extension via the BAT files provided anyway.
