MP 1.5.5 fail JPG fail to save for Unicode

XxViewMP 1.5.5 cannot save a JPG (Guetzli encoder) when destination filename or path contain any unicode character e.g. ♫ or 國語 etc.
It brings up an error dialog during save "An error occurred during saving!". No problems if saving as GIF or JP2 or any other format other than JPG Guetzli. The same image can be saved as JPG Guetzli with no issues once the unicode characters are removed from the filename being saved, or changing the destination folder path to any that does not contain unicode characters. My PC OS is Windows 11 Pro.

On a different PC (Windows 10 Pro), and XnView version 1.0, the same file can be saved to JPG with a filename containing unicode with no issues.

yes 'JPEG Guetzli' doens't support unicode, only JPEG encoder
