I have BMP-file generated as a screenshot by Macrium Reflect 7 Recovery Tool (it is attached for your reference as 7-Zip archive).
It is rendered incorrectly by XnViewMP 0.98.4 (all texts are missing, etc.), though other programs (even mspaint) render it correctly.
It also looks incorrectly when exported with XnViewMP into PNG-format, and this exported version is rendered identically in all programs (I guess, XnViewMP cuts out some crucial data when reading the BMP-file).
OS: Windows 10 64-bit (Version 10.0.18362)

this file has bad alpha channel, please use 'remove alpha channel'

Can the app detect broken alpha-channel and remove/ignore it automagically when rendering?
