We use this XnView forum for reporting and tracking bugs:
For each status of a bug there is a sub-forum and your bug report will "wander" through these sub-forums.
You'll find all your posted topics and bugs in User Control Panel » Show your posts.

One consequence of this activity is that if you are in the habit of saving URLs from the address bar these will change as threads are moved between folders.
This means bookmarking them from your browser will not work this way.

- To bookmark a post in a browser, first look in the top right of the post, where the posting date is shown. Click on the little page icon and you will get a direct url to that specific post's ID, which is preserved across folder moves.
- Use the "Bookmark topic" to have it saved in your user control panel.

Creating perma links
Thank you for your hint regarding broken links, CameronD. Actually, whenever setting a link to another bug report the link will break as soon as the linked bug report is moved to another sub-forum. To avoid this, please remove the "f=<nn>&" from the original link. This way you get a perma link, i.e. a link that will always work. Please find an example below.
