It's related to this Serious but simple issue with "Move To..." but still not working...
Having listed a folder, in it is another folder, in that is a file, any file, be it a text file.
If I delete the file, it's ok.
If I delete the folder with the file in it, it's ok.
If I delete the folder with the folder in it with the file in it, it asks me for permission and sometimes it crashes.

Re: Deleting subfolders with files in Browser
Yeah I had that problem in 0.61 too. It seems it's blocking itself by keeping some access handle to a file or folder open that's inside of the folder you're trying to delete.
An example, we have the file "C:\Test\A\img.jpg":
Being in folder "A" I can delete it by right clicking it in the folder tree on the left fine, but if I'm now in "A" and try to delete "Test" which contains "A" it's throwing me an access error.
I also had a case where it seemingly blocked itself with a file handle because it wouldn't let me delete a folder from the browser, not the tree on the side. So I wasn't inside the folder I was trying to delete as described above.

...now I see that I reported it twice. One you mentioned above, the other is here: http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=28450BloodyRain2k wrote:Yeah I had that problem in 0.61 too.
