To reproduce:
a. Showing info.category-pane, thumbs and preview
b. Select a thumb
c. Tick a category (e.g. Portraits), so it is selected
d. Tick the same category again, so "Portraits" is not selected anymore
e. Now select another thumb
f. Return to the previous selected thumb
g. -> The category "Portraits" is still selected!
