When trying to use ESC as key to stop animaiton (as found on old v.1.x series), it was unavailble to be placed in custom field.
When an "A" is used for stop command, animated gif is not halted.

the 'Esc' keystroke is not being recorded by the input field.
The same goes for the 'Space' (space bar) when 'space' is entered on it's own...
Maybe, I think the space bar may not be supported alone in some apps like XnView as it would need to be in conjunction with a modifier key such as 'Ctrl' or 'Shift'. If not, then please Pierre, investigate 'Space' on it's own too.
So in conclusion 'Esc' but analyze 'space' too.

<ESC> stops animation in viewer tab/fullscreen by default. Or custom letter works. Good old function. Thank you. v.0.38.2
