Category adding with checkbox related - win7 - 0.35 x32

when i add pictures to a category via the checkbox (not by drag and drop into the name)
the following mouse click(s) on any other picture (to loose focus e.g.) add the new
selected picture to that category from before.

this may be a feature, but was quite confusing at start

I have also noticed this behaviour, but I can't reproduce it.
Sometimes the categories are inherited, sometimes not.
Therefore I think it's a bug, or I don't understand the take-over mechanism.
