v.0.30w Freeze when changing 'one instance' option

When changing the state of the one instance option, the program stops responding to input. It becomes stuck in background of window manager.
The function itself works after changing the line in ini file.

FI: I have the same case of things here with Ubuntu 10.04 + Wine V1.2 - gnome desktop

I can't reproduce on Windows

Maybe this has something to do with the way Wine handles (permissions for) temporary files like %TEMP%\qtsingleapp-xnview-c269-0-lockfile?

The problem is about the focus (maybe it won't be seen on native OS): A tiny "please restart xnview" dialog appears behind the program window, not the foreground. Moving window aside can uncover it.
