First call:

Code: Select all

	int count = gflGetNumberOfFormat();
	int i = 0;
	for ( ; i < count; ++i )
	{
		GFL_FORMAT_INFORMATION info = {};
		GFL_ERROR err = gflGetFormatInformationByIndex (i, &info);
then get data from info.Extension[]

I have been using XnView shell extension.
SageThumbs has the great advantage of giving bigger thumbnails, but XnView allows me to choose the program in which to open the image.
Would that be possible to include such a characteristic in SageThumbs?

Hi,

I installed SageThumbs 2.0.0.14 in windows 7 64-bit and the software isn't providing thumbnails visualization through internet explorer.

Does anyone know whether any configuration need to be made?

Thanks!

Didn't know where to ask because the question concers both: XnView and SageThumbnails.
Is it possible to use Sage's thumbnail features for Explorer and open image files with XnView all together? I'm asking because i setup XnView to open my images (different formats) and it works OK. I can open any image file i need right from the Exporer (double-click) in XnView. Also i get the thumbnails view in XnView but only when using big icons in folder view. List, table and some other view types aren't showing any images, but just icons for image files.
Now after i install Sage Thumbnails i get thumbnails for all the image files i have even in Table and List view types. But associations for files are reverted back to windows default settings (loosing XnView associations). To fix it i relaunch XnView and setup associations back again and now i loos thumbnails in List and Table views. Back again to Sage Thumbnails to fix it and loos associations.
Can both of these wonderfull programms live together? Or perhaps there is something wrong in my PC?

P.S. Windows 7, x86 with all the updates and service packs.

The updated version of Sage (2.0.0.15) fixes this.
Thank you Nikolay!

Is that irony or you haven't understood the question?

Hi, i've just installed SageThumbs 2.0.0.15 on Windows 7 64bit (Home premium edition) and spanish language (i'm not sure if this matters). Ok, after install i can't get any thumbnail preview to work. I've tested using PSD files (generated using Photoshop CS5.5 and also CS6), ARW from a Sony DSLR camera and RAW files from a Panasonic FZ50 camera... i've tried restarting the system, using the repair SageThumbs tool but neither of these works... the thumbnails are not being displayed... what i'm doing wrong?? :(

thanks in advance and kind regards :D

There currently is no software available that can display thumbnail previews in windows explorer in windows 7 for SWF files.
So i was thinking, maybe i could use sagethumbs with the xnview plugin Xswf for that.
Unfortunately i have not been able to get that combination to do anything.
I have a 64-bit version of windows 7 and placed the plugin in both these locations:

C:\Program Files (x86)\XnView\PlugIns

C:\Program Files\XnView\PlugIns

The Xswf plugin can be downloaded here:

http://www.cherubicsoft.com/_media/xnvi ... .2.0.0.zip

Has anyone been able to get this to work? I would be quite monumental if we could get this to work, i know a lot of people are looking for this.

I would like to have SageThumbs recognize MPO files (multi jpeg images in one file). If I rename an MPO to jpg SageThumbs generates the thumbnail just fine. Is there some way I can tell SageThumbs to treat MPO the same as JPG via regedit or other method? Or can you add MPO support?
