It would be quite useful if there were a tickbox on the save settings (both the one-off save and the batch converter) to tag JPEG-LI saves with the save options chosen, indicating JPEG-LI format also, and the saving program (XnView with version). I think it would only take a few bytes, and would be optional. Perhaps similarly with other formats.
The reason for this is that many of us will have zillions of photos and will often convert them piecemeal, and this meta info would be useful for keeping track of which have been done and which haven't.
