multipage/frame navigation commands need some polishing, eg prev/next frame affects pages as well

Suggestion

• use explicit navigation commands
  • use complete set
    pages and frames navigation can be binded to different controls
    - prev/next file
    - prev/next file/frame
    - prev/next file/frame/page
    - prev/next file/page (FastStone-like behavior)
    - prev/next frame
    - prev/next page
    
    OR
  • use simplified set
    no separation between controls for frames and pages navigation
    - prev/next file
    - prev/next file/frame/page
    - prev/next frame/page

• use same navigation commands in
  - keyboard (arrows) (some rework may require)
  - mouse (wheel)
