Viewer > Edit menu / Crop panel

• unify naming of Selection sizes to mm

• (optional) omit UOM
  like in Edit menu

• add functionality to edit Label

• add millimeters UOM
  - use mm as default UOM for metric items

• improve naming for ratio
  - display as "ratio_decimal (ratio) label", eg 1.294 (22/17) US Letter
