Updated 32-bit version for Windows?

I noticed that the 64-bit version of XNView MP is on 1.6.4, while the 32-bit version for Windows is 1.5.3. There are a few updates that the 64-bit version have that the 32-bit version doesn't have, plus a bug with the way that folders display in the 32-bit version that the 64-bit version doesn't have (the folder names don't show under the folder icons in the browser). Would it be possible to get a new 32-bit version? My Surface won't run the x64 version. Thanks!
