Compare images that are not framed equally

I have two images one is framed little differently than another yet i want to compare the middle part of it, is there way to freeze one of the compare windows to adjust the opposite image to same position then unfreeze and continue compare so both images are in perfect alignment?

Move with the right click.
Zoom with Ctrl pressed.
