In view mode, if you're deleting images and delete the last image in a folder...
If you've not visited other folders in the session then you're switched from view mode to browser mode.
However, if you have visted other folders then you stay in view mode but you're returned to the last image that's not been deleted, in a previous folder.
To my mind switching folders under these circumstances is not desirable. If I'm viewing images in a folder then I expect to stay in that folder. I'm fairly sure that this used to be the case and that this in new behaviour. I can't find an option in the settings which might affect this.
Is this a bug, or is this a feature? Please, can we have the old behaviour back? Drop back to browser mode if you delete all images in a folder!
Given a folder structure such as this....
20231125
-1205-OC
--001
--002
--003
--004
...all images in folder in 001 were out of focus, deleted one by one. 3 in 002 were good, the rest were deleted, one by one. All in 003 were out of focus, and as you delete the last one you're quietly switched to the last image in folder 002.
Undesirable behaviour - traversing directories when deleting
