I save regulary my xnview.ini and the whole MP directory, especially before configuration change/test/etc.
But I know that many, many users don't know what xnview.ini is or where to find it in the file system.
A save function would be a nice thing.
In my opinion, can do this with an additional entry in the Settings window with various options (settings/layout/etc), with the possibility of restoring previous settings.
MP 1.6.2 x64, Windows 10 x64.

Re: Save options
Yes, I know.
I already do it.
I was thinking about the possibility of saving/exporting/restoring the MP configuration/etc as a backup.
The configurations to save could be:
- INI file
- Catalog
- MP Layout
- ... (suggestions?)
You can already save fullscreen info and browser tooltips, for example. I mean similar thing, but all in the same place in Settings.
This is not for me (I already do this), but for users who (for example) almost don't know what a file is.
