Settings - Catalog
Catalog does not display data when disabled which is not convenient due to:
- UX - user may start to worry about missing data
- security concern - no data shown, but it still exists in db files

To reproduce

1. have some data in Catalog
2. disable Catalog in Settings
   A. data shows in Catalog
3. close and reopen app
   B. no data is shown in Catalog
4. enable Catalog
   C. still no data is shown in Catalog
5. close and reopen app
   D. only now Catalog shows your old data

Suggestion

• disabled Catalog shall display data from default db files
