Layout functionality spread across menus, which is inconvenient

Suggestion
rework Layout

• General
  • add new Workspace group (via menu or right-aligned button)
    to accommodate all UI related settings:
    - from Viewer
    -- View menu: ui settings
    - from Browser
    -- View menu: ui settings and Layout group
    -- Toolbar: Layout button
  • Custom Layouts
    - saves settings for Browser and Viewer, both under single name
    - saves state/positions of Titlebar/Tabs/Toolbars/etc (as it already does)

  like in Davinci Resolve
  - multiple dialogs to manage custom Layouts
  - maybe add functionlity to export/import as .presets

• B
  like in Adobe apps
  - single dialog to manage custom Layouts
  - maybe add 'New Layout' button on root level like in Illustrator for better UX
