Draw - add modifier keys to Zoom

Draw tool
modifier keys are not affecting Zoom functionality, except ALT

Suggestion
add modifier keys to Zoom functionality, eg like in Photoshop

• No modifier
  - current action: zoom in/out
  - new action: vertical scroll

• CTRL
  - current action: zoom in/out
  - new action: horizontal scroll

• SHIFT
  - current action: zoom in/out
  - new action: vertical scroll, 3-5lines (or page?)

• ALT
  - current action: always zoom-out, no matter which direction mouse wheel is spined
  - new action: zoom in/out
  why alt? because zoom is alternative action to the curently selected instrument
