Effects - improve grouping consistancy

XnView MP 1.4.3 64bits
Windows11 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Effects
There is minor inconsistancy in Effects/Filters grouping between Batch convert and Viewer menu.

Suggestion
improve consistancy of Effects grouping across app
  • Viewer
    - move Mono Mixer from Misc to new Map group
    - move Saturation from Misc to new Map group
  • Batch convert
    - move Add mask from Image to Misc
