Why is there no 32-bit exec for latest version?

This is troublesome for e.g. package managers that try to install either 64bit or 32bit dynamically depending on the system - wrong version would be shown for 32 bit systems if the PR below was merged. Check for example this Chocolatey package GH issue that's been not merged for a while now (it's on 1.3.1 while the current version is 1.4.2): https://github.com/OlafHaag/chocolatey-packages/pull/27

Would also be nice if the executable location, format or website wasn't changed too often as the file has long history of tracking changes for automatic updates: https://github.com/OlafHaag/chocolatey- ... update.ps1
