Batch rename: Allow different replacement character for path-separator

When using batch rename, and you have path-separtors (slash or backslash) in your template, they are replaced always by a minus-char "-". It would be great to allow setting a different replacement character for a path-separator.

A different way could be to auto-replace path-separators AFTER doing the replace operation which the user can use in the rename dialog. So the user can replace potential path-separators with its desired char and after it XnView can do the internal auto-replacing for the case if there are still path-separators within the name.
