Save As .. Then Automatically Open the 'Saved As' Image

I have open an image in my downloads directory do a bit of tidying up then 'Save As' to the required directory.

Then I usually need need to browse to the 'saved' image which may be in a rather deep folder.

I'd love to see this as a feature
'Save As & Open'

But in the mean time can this be done with a macro?
