"Always on top of other windows",

Post by pseudo »

Merci

Hello everyone
In XnView there is the option: "Always on top of other windows", which does not exist in XnViewMP "
[Options / Interface / Windows / Always on top of other windows "]
Is it possible to find it?
To make drag & drop from other software, it is convenient (by unchecking this option) XnViewMp the window is not displayed above.
thank you

This would make a nice option yes.

But I would support an ability for "Always on top" to be temporarily work with any file open action that XnViewMP does so that the XnViewMP window always shows on top of any other program window(s) when I double-click on an associated file from Win Explorer.
(with "Only one instance of program" disabled)

I support this suggestion!
Currently using this option in XnView Classic and a custom INI file to show a single picture on top of other windows.

Good feature, even if it's necessary only for Windows...
Is XnView-MP intended to be the only XnView in the future ?

In operating systems such as linux or MacOS or any unix-like , the "always on top" feature is not an application feature, but a standard feature provided by the window manager of the system... I use it every day ;-)
Dommage, l'était sympa cette planète ;-(
