IPTC metadata

I have set metadata options to import IPTC to DB categories and export db to IPTC keywords (see attached

). Although the 'import IPTC to db' seems to work, ie if I create a new IPTC keyword then a new category is created, (although I'm not always sure where it will appear in the category list), but if I assign a category to an image then this does not create an IPTC keyword of the same name. Isn't this what "Export db category to XMP/IPTC keyword" is meant to do?

Ok, "Export db category to XMP/IPTC keyword" creates or updates XMP keywords, and if IPTC exists, keywords are updated... You would like to create always a IPTC block??
