Suggestion: Browser On Top of Preview.

Currently the Window order of a file panel and detached Preview places the Preview above the file panel. This prevents the user from setting the Preview to full screen and "floating" a browser window on top.

Please allow the user to put the browser window "on top" of the preview:

Perhaps not the actual browser... but instead a reduced-function "additional" browser window that optionally floats over the full-screen view?

However, the MP full-screen "strip of thumbs" does function well, so this request is certainly not an urgent thing.

Or maybe the "strip of thumbs" could be made to float?
