Work with the histogram

Post by michaauskiel »

1. it would be great if it was possible to work with the histogram! (my seguestion see pictures 1 and 2).
2. In a second step, it would be great if you could select a portion of the image, to be apply the change of the histogram only to this area (picture 3)
3. Please note that my suggestion of cuting and rotating an image is very easy to do in one step with the cutting tool of photoshop (picture 4)

cut and rotate in one step:

You means to be able to draw a selection (like xnview 1.97) to apply a histogram change?

yes, that would be fine.

But the most importend thing for me would be thr possibility to cut and rotate in one step. Do you think that this would be possible??? There is no tool in the howle linux-world, that is able to cut and rotate in one step, like the cut- or croop-tool in photoshop does.
