When "Enable thumbnails caching" option is disabled, the items with 0 Bytes size are still creating in the list.

Yes it's normal. It's the new system fo DB. When you browse files, MP create an entry in DB.

Hmm.. OK, then moving to Feedback, as request. Perhaps this list might be removed, at least if option "Purge 'Most recently used files&dirs' on exit" would be enabled, but I think it should be removed always if cache is disabled - and if exclude option is used, then empty items should be removed, at least on exit IMHO.
