There continues to be a vast paucity of assistance for batch operations using NConvert, even after 19 years of patience.

The current/latest text file -help provides:

Code: Select all

-hls h l s : Adjust Hue Lightness Saturation
If anyone can work out from that line how that command can be used, it would be a magnificence added to the universe.

Anyone?

Willing donor, if only a 'donor token' were supplied in return, putting 'Phred's XnView' or '$D', '$Dd', '$dd' (depending on size) or 'Donor Version' in the title bar. (See Wiztree for partial solution.)
And a local Help file :(

I think you could gain some insight into how to use the NConvert HLS option by experimenting on an image opened in XnView MP Image > Adjust > Enhance colors... and noting the HLS values displayed when you obtain the result you need... :D

It sems reasonable to expect that values obtained in XnView MP will produce a similar result in NConvert.
