How to show GPS degree letter "°"

OS : Windows 11 Traditional Chinese.

I use -fullinfo to show GPS.

GPS:
Latitude Ref (0x0001): North
Latitude (0x0002): 12?34' 56.78"
Longitude Ref (0x0003): East
Longitude (0x0004): 12?34' 56.78"
Altitude Ref (0x0005): Above Sea Level
Altitude (0x0006): 43.00

The GPS degree letter "°" show "?"

Maybe show "D",it is okay.
