Unable to read svg format

I used this command in CMD and wanted to convert .svg to .png.
It reports an error and cannot read the image in svg format.

But isn't XnConvert based on NConvert? Why can XnConvert do what Nconvert can't do? My understanding is that Nconvert is the image processing core of XnConvert, and XnConvert is the GUI for NConvert

Why XnConvert can handle svg but NConvert can't handle svg format?
