Error message when trying to resize images

Hi! A new user here. I have no success in getting the app to resize the images. It keeps showing errors no matter how many settings I've tried. It worked the first time and then I couldn't get it to work afterwards. Any pointers would be appreciated!

Could you post the command line you're using?

And as a check does entering:

nconvert -help

at the command prompt list the help file, as confirmation that NConvert is installed successfully?
