Color conversions & ASP.NET compatibility

I'm just getting familiar with NConvert and have a few general questions.

I see that NConvert supports ICC profiles when doing color conversions. Is the Color Management Module (CMM) used by NConvert proprietary or is it another existing CMM (such as LCMS)? Does/could/will NConvert support the freely available Adobe Color Managment Module http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/ ... ftpID=3618?

Is there a way to interface NConvert with ASP.NET so that it could be used as the back end to a web app?

yes nconvert use lcms, to interface nconvert with asp, i don't know
