a) rename folder in browser...
create folder with subfolders
open [+] folder in treeview, so that subfolders are visible
rename subfolder in file list -> treeview is not updated
select renamed subfolder in treeview (old name) -> xnview crashes
But if you rename a folder in windows explorer while xnview is open and folder is visible in treeview, treeview is updated automatically -> very good.
b) rename file in browser file list...
open image in viewer -> keep viewer tab open
go to browser and rename image -> viewer tab is not updated (tab caption and information string)
Same here with windows explorer. If i rename a file in windows explorer, xnview browser file list is updated, but xnview viewer tab is not.

Yes normal, when a picture is opened i don't check if file is always here after, it's for me a normal behaviour.

What do other users think about case b) described above?

as for b) I think we can consider View as snapshot of file at some moment in time, so that when you delete the file or rename it in Browser, View still keeps the state.
Fixed for me.
If you think it should be updated neverthless, post a Suggestion. But please, don't think only about filename, but rather about the whole idea behind it and its consequences.
