Minor: Tip of the day - focus improvement

If last tip of the day is shown, focus should be switched to 'close' not to 'prev.' button (useful for testers, when ini is renamed, in the file manager, we could just press Enter to run xnview.exe and then hold Enter to switch to the last tip and close this dialog).
BTW - also Escape key doesn't work, but only at the last tip.
