Dear XnView users,
we have reorganized the groups for the release candidates. Issues are grouped by status, now.
Many bugs have been reported, already, which is very good. Pierre has solved quite a number of them in RC4. When fixing bugs, Pierre moves them to another group 'Fixed in RC<x>'.
If you have reported a bug, could you please check whether your bug in RC1/RC2/RC3 has been fixed. Finding your topics/issues is easy, just look in the colum "Author" and you'll see. Please post whether the problem has been fixed in RC4 or not and post in the appropriate topic.
The above steps are some work but will help us lot.
Please see topic Important Note: Handling bugs & issues for more details on the testing "process".
Thank you & Greetings,
Helmut / Dreamer / Pierre

We have still many things that have been fixed in RC4 and which need retesting. These can be seen easily since they are all gathered in a separate group "Fixed in RC4". Could the original posters/bug finders please verify whether these have been fixed (see above)?
Perhaps other people can help retesting the fixed things and help cleaning up things.
Thank you & Greetings,
Helmut
