How to start XnView from console...

hi, i have used XnView on PC previously and liked it very much, now i have mac, so...
could you explain how to start manually application from console ?

i have MacOSX 10.4.5 and installation of X11 system tells me that i have the newer version already.
When i start XnView like app file from finder it shows icon in dashboard and menu on top of the screen for a few seconds and then closes.

Log windows shows message:
21:22: syntax error: No user interaction allowed. (-1713)
macintosh has no X11 DISPLAY open
