Bugs in v1.70 on MacOS X

I'm running XnView on MacOS X 10.3.9 and I have the following problems:

1. Cyrillic file and folder names are not supported (shown in wrong encoding);
2. Hidden files and folders are visible;
3. Scrolling with mouse weel doesn't work;
4. JPEG comment in "Properties" is not editable;
5. Program is not added to the "Open with" list for supported image formats.
